Postage and Handling
We always aim to get your order out to you as fast and as safely as possible.
After you place an order, we'll pack and send it on the next working day. Once your order is posted, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your 'junk' folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
Very occasionally, our warehouse may be delayed by 24 hours if there is an unforeseeable issue, such as a power outage. If this occurs, we'll be sure to keep you informed..
We use Australia Post and PEP Transport within Australia and Internationally which allows you to track your purchase.
It is recommended that you provide an address where someone will be available to accept the package during during office hours. If the delivery person does not feel that it's safe to leave your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local post office. Please include a note “Authority to Leave” on your order if you would prefer that our order is left at your address.
Delivery times given are guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorisation or factors beyond the control of Sunbella. Sunbella cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the above times are estimates provided to us by the freight company, being Australia Post and PEP Transport within Australia and relevant international postage companies.
For locations outside of metropolitan areas please allow an additional two days.
